BASEland:  Genicart位于波尔多右岸的洛蒙特，是一座建于六十年代的房屋。 除了恢复建筑物（兰建筑）外，该项目还提出建设绿色通道，体育设备，交通车道和社交场所，儿童游乐场，以完全改造该区，使其成为当代无车区。

BASEland:   Located in Lormont, on the right bank of Bordeaux, the Genicart district is a housing estate built in the sixties. In addition to restoring the buildings (Lan Architecture), the project proposes to create green ways, sporting equipments, traffic lanes and socializing sites in order to totally transform this district making it a contemporary car-free area.
