The project comprises of 14 unique low-rise residential buildings with 294 units and 240-car parking. The buildingÂ clusters were divided into 2 zones with communal courtyards. There are full facilities including indoor fitness and 3 different styles of swimming pool that many generations can enjoy. The architecture was inspired by tree and nature under theÂ concept of simplicity and modern.

Wan-Vayla is a low-rise residential project at Hua Hin. Focusing on the importance of the original trees which provides shade as well as relaxation areas.Landscape architects had the opportunity to see the area from the beginning and realized the value of the existing trees in these areas. Joined team of designers and project owners designed layout of the building to avoid these existing trees, including reducing some building areas to maintain the original trees.
